Apologies for the loss of utility on the US Nexrad mosaic.  We had some 
issues with revamping some of the processing and things didn't work 
right.  Please direct questions to me and I'll make sure I fix 'em as 
fast as possible.

Please send them to me OFF-LIST, although for wide dissemination I'll 
answer some of the comments on-list.
