Yes, it's that time of year again, when you hear repeater id's with
the time one hour off... or, maybe the id was one hour off all summer
and now it is correct again...

On a somewhat related note, did you guys hear that daylight savings
time in the U.S. is changing in 2007?

"Starting March 11, 2007, daylight saving time will be extended
another four to five weeks, from the second Sunday of March to the
first Sunday of November."

Oh, and don't forget we add a leap second this year on December 31st.
