[aprssig] A funny packet story/joke (The KISS guys will get it)

OK OK, the KISS protocol states that all packets are
denoted with a beginning and ending "C0" in hex.  When
I saw the "C0" etched on the casing and he asked what
that was for...well, that was the only answer I could
come up with.
