If you can better deal with XML, Findu does have some XML feeds here:

http://rss.findu.com/

I use them in my blog reader (Bloglines.com) to see if anyone has sent
me any new APRS messages.  It works great for that purpose!

There is no "raw" version, but if the XML format works for what you
want to do, maybe you could ask Steve about making one.
