[aprssig] NWS maps, now APRS+SA igate issue

I got what I wanted by selecting rainfall and getting an unmarked map.

Now, I don't seem to be gating from APRS+SA to the Internet. N3HGB-1 
shows up via TCP, but nothing I receive does. Is there a trick to this?
