Congratulations on the new DIGI.

I have a few observations:
1) The LText does not include the "W3,VAn" which
it should hav right after the PHG string to show
users the capability of this digi.

2) The BText and the Texts have the same position.  
This is of no value and is confusing and will cause
som software logs to fill with constanly changing
psotiions.   The BText should never be used for
something with the same posit.  Just disable it.
Or if there happends to be some other asset in
the area of this digi that you want to highlight
such as a popular APRS voice repeater or something
special, then put it there, but with a different posit
and different name.  (put it in object format).
