[aprssig] Garmin eTrex (Yellow)

Hi Derek...

I have a re-radiator already (for the eTrex!) and it works very well.
But for the application I have in mind, I need a direct connection for
the project I have in mind.  It would also make things a lot neater in
apperance, and less likely to be fiddled with!
