I got the hole sizes wrong for a TVS diode, need to change the silkscreen 
for two transistors, and might make some other minor tweaks.  I could 
probably go straight to production without another round of prototypes, but 
I get nervous shelling out hundreds of dollars for PCBs from an untested 
layout.
