CEPT radio amateur licenses http://www.cept.org/ are valid in all CEPT countries also in IARP countries. In AX.25 there is no way to put something like G0/SQ9DXF. APRS gives you information about QTH. What callsign would you want to use running through other countries with APRS? 73!
