[aprssig] APRS beacon and digipeater

Hi all, 

I want set up a mobile beacon with digipeater (there are a
number of TX-only beacons in our ARES/RACES group, but no
digipeaters).  I looked around and find a PacComm HandiPacket TNC
here.  Can I use this?  And, if so, where can I find the setup
details.  I have an Etrex and a Gekko for a GPS.
