[aprssig] NWS Alerts?

For what it's worth, I'm gating WX warnings for my area (freezing rain
again) at this very moment, and 'finger wxsvr'  seems to be returning the
warning text.
These are Canadian (Ontario, specifically) warnings, but they come from the
same place.

I have seen them on my UI-View ... at least they were there yesterday for
the wind advisories we had.  However, I don't see that WXSVR is currently
working, which is the server that parses all of the data and sends it to the
APRS network.
