[aprssig] ISS digi off?

Hello,
I waited for a few hours today to try to ping ISS but
no joy.  I am sure I have settings right, does anyone
know if their packet is off for voice or other
experiments?  It tracked over my head in Michigan just
a short time ago.  I didn't hear anything.
