Hello David, Well if you want to get out several states away from Atlanta on RF just use RELAY,WIDE6-6. It works great for KK4EB-15. I see him several times a day at my QTH in western TN. But seriously, it looks like the Atlanta area digi's are on old settings so WIDE2-2 may not work correctly there. Hopefully someone from the area will have better info.
