[aprssig] ISS APRS or Voice?

I have been working the ISS on APRS off and on the last week or so. But I
have noticed every once in a while, like tonight, the packet part seems to
be off. I am guessing that means the voice X-band repeater is on. Is there a
schedule anywhere that lets me know in advance when packet will be on or
off? That way I will be setup to work the short pass, which ever it might
be.
