Which is worse? Is it worse to drive 5 MPH over the speed limit (unquestionably illegal) or have a tracker in a vehicle with no licensed amateur present (agruably legal)??? I hope all the folks concerned that the world will end if a non ham turns on a tracker follow the speed limit to the letter. Remember, the V is squared... Which is worse? A tracker in a non-hams vehicle or a tracker in an amateur's vehicle? I'd suggest that having trackers (and not fully functional APRS equipment) in amateur's vehicles is a bigger issue then having trackers in other vehicles. I recently read a comment that mentioned the famous POGO line, "We have met the enemy..." Apparently another Pogo quote is: "We are confronted by insurmountable opportunities." Limiting our operation to trackers is not a way to embrace the opportunities at hand. Bill
