Ian, et al., My bike has a connector I installed for a Battery TenderR charger. I just made up a cable to plug the D7 into that plug which goes directly to the bike's battery with a 2-amp or so fuse. Ideal. 73, ---Ken W2KB -----Original Message----- From: aprssig-bounces at lists.tapr.org [mailto:aprssig-bounces at lists.tapr.org] On Behalf Of Ian Sent: October 21, 2005 21:40 To: 'TAPR APRS Mailing List' Subject: RE: [aprssig] D7A The TH-D7A works great with a Garmin Foretrex 101 for motorcycle mobile! My only complaint is the stock battery is pretty lame. www.BatteriesAmerica.com has the solution for that however. 73, Ian N8IK -----Original Message----- From: aprssig-bounces at lists.tapr.org [mailto:aprssig-bounces at lists.tapr.org] On Behalf Of AA3JY at Winlink.org Sent: Friday, October 21, 2005 5:16 PM To: aprssig at lists.tapr.org Subject: [aprssig] D7A Should be very handy on a long bicycle ride...
