Of course, now we've got all these message ABOUT the QRM.  =]  So here's my 
contribution - if you're running Outlook Express, go to Tools | Options | 
Send, and under mail sending format, select plain text.  Now if only I could 
get regular Outlook to always quote properly when replying...
