The old IC-2000 works great for me, 5, 15, 50 watts output, all connections thru the Mic (RJ-45) on front of rig!
It's got +8Vdc, AF Detector Audio (squelched w/squelch knob), GND, and MIC.. My Tiny Tracker plugs in and gets 
it's power from it.
