Recently this list has had questions regarding the transmit frequency of some devices. If the device has an FCC ID number information is usually available. Go to www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid click on "equipment authorization search". Under Grantee Code enter the first 3 characters if the FCC ID. Under product code enter the remaining characters. You will be amazed at the information available. Usually the frequency is stated, internal pictures in some cases, and complete schematics for many. This works for many devices we don't think of as transmitters. Try it and you will be surprised. 73 de Bob N2PWP
