[aprssig] What a diffeence an antenna makes

I'm planning on using a J pole up inside a
1" PVC pipe about 5 feet tall.  It needs no
ground plane and makes a nice flag pole too.

Hey, speaking of ground planes and marine installations, what would be a 
good setup to use on an ocean buoy?  Assuming PCSAT2 is the only thing it's 
going to be hitting most of the time.
