[aprssig] Friend Range Filter

I use budlist for that (b/VE3*/VA3*/SKY*) to get all Ontario Hams no matter
where they are. But that's not exactly what you want. I'm guessing you also
want to see stations within 50km of your friends, which requires a specific
friend filter entry.

I could do some trial and erorr, but is a wildcard allowed with the friend
range filter (e.g. filter f/callsign*/50), or does it require the exact
SSID? The help file says "call-ssid" so maybe I'm out of luck. TIA.
