But how often are they transmitting?  In a 5 minute pass
there is enough time for easily 60 stations or more to
be successful if they randomly try 5 times during the
pass.  My suspicions are that some stations just
keep hammering away the entire pass and thus hog
the uplink and collide with everyone else...
