No, you'll need to tune one VFO to 144.39.  Typically the VFO-A. But it's a
real dual-bander.  VFO-B can be 2m or 70cm.  Talk on VFO-B. Set VFO-A to
automatically beacon at an appropriate interval.  Great mobile or shack rig!

Easy question that I think I know the answer to but I want to double check
before I go and purchase one.

Is the APRS system in the radio independant of the dual band operations?
eg: I can have two different frequencies on each side and APRS will still
receive and transmit(when Im not transmitting obviously).
