Not sure about Solar Panels, but I recently found a 
VERY useful item @ Harbor Freight:

They have a 100' " Fish Tape " on sale for $10.00 !!

ANY HAM putting up coax in a TIGHT SPOT  NEEDS 
one of THESE!

I NEVER got one until now.
