Don't in detail know the D700, I don't have one...

It should do, as we have CTCSS access repeaters over hear now.
A right royal pain, many people end up using both 1750 burst, and CTCSS,
usualy the wrong tone too.

If I find out, I'll let peeps know.  Unless someone else gets in
first...
