The Via EPIA Mini-ITX motherboards are very popular.   Most have TWO serial 
ports - One on the backplane and one taken out by a header on the mobo.

Fry's Electronics carries the M10000 Variant for $169.99.

I happen to have one spare MII-10000 laying around (New in Box).   This
