"50Hz hum" won't trigger a 100Hz CTCSS system.  Significant PSU ripple (100Hz) may.

Using 100 HZ tone in europe, do you hear many
squelch mistakes due to 50 Hz hum on some systems?

Usually, when I'm in mobile I use Voice Alert  (I think I'm the unique
ham in Europe using Alert Voice because never I contacted  an other ham
