[aprssig] will APRS clients see 3rd party MIC-E gates to rf ?

What I know, only some stations in the traditional packet radio use JNOS or 
NOSaprs in Poland. Not for the regular 144.800 APRS network. So, probably 
problem is for non-APRS packet software put together with APRS standards.
