[aprssig] will APRS clients see 3rd party MIC-E gates to rf ?

Yes, all clients that I am aware of, including the Kenwood radios,
properly interpret Mic-E embedded in third party packets.  This doesn't
mean that some client somewhere will have trouble with it, but those
that I am aware of handle them properly.
