Thanks for all the help guys, I still don't know whether all my settings 
are correct or not but if you do a search for W7DOA-7 I show up now. And 
in, pretty close to, the right position. Shows me on top of a building.

Thanks again. If you look at the raw data of my packet I don't know how 
much you can tell about stuff but if you have any further suggestions on 
what to change, let me know, thanks.
