[aprssig] No TAPR or APRS at Dayton Forums?

Reports of the TAPR Digital Forum's demise are premature... we're on the
schedule, same time slot as last year.

The deadline for submitting speaker lists was last week, and I suspect
they don't have the web page updated yet.
