[aprssig] Lat Lon converter

Hello to the group,

 

I have a weather program that requires the Lat/Lon in this format:  XX.XXXXX
Lat and XX.XXXXX Long.  I know of some converters, but haven't found one to
convert to this format. Any ideas?
