A simple motherboard, CPU and memory upgrade has finally been 
accomplished.  Actually, it took 2 motherboards, a full (second) 
replacement of the memory, a new power supply, and a replacement of the 
new (additional) hard drive (which resulted in more available storage 
anyway...

Adding work to the mix, plus a couple of 200 mile round trips to get 
parts not really locally available, the 2 hour maintenance window was 
grossly optimistic.

I apologize for all the inconvenience to everyone during the time first 
was down.
