[aprssig] Symbol - WX station with digi

I have one question about APRS symbol \_
In the APRS101 is called 'WX Stn with digi (green) [with overlay]' (page 
105)
On http://web.usna.navy.mil/~bruninga/aprs/symbolsX.txt is called 'NUMBERED 
WX site (green digi)'
According to updated symbol set 
http://webs.lanset.com/wa8lmf/miscinfo/APRS_Symbol_Chart.pdf is called 'No. 
WX Stn'
And in the new graphics is blue.
Should we not keep still in the green because of main function as digi? WX 
data is some addition to the key network station.
