Anyone live close to his QTH or have contact info on him (QRZ does not 
have anything other than his listing):

RELAY is bad enough but the WIDE3-3 can't be helping (most of TN is new 
paradigm/Wn-n compliant).  Nevermind the igates seem to be hearing him 
direct.  It also looks like he's beaconing on a less than 3 minute basis.
