[aprssig] Bad path for a plane

Here's another bad path. At least this guy has an email address to
contact...so far no response yet. This one starts in Great Bend KS and gets
IGated from time to time in Western Iowa.

Since "only the sender knows how far the packet should go" I guess he really
wants to get IGated in Iowa. :-D
