[aprssig] Windows re-booting

Andrew,

In Event Viewer | System, the "Information | eventlog" entry that
reads "Microsoft (R) Windows (R) [version number] [version name]
Uniprocessor Free" indicates that the OS has (re-)started.

A couple - three years ago, it was the Blaster virus, I think, that
was causing reboots, but recently we have seen this problem with our
Blaster-patched Win2000 machines at work (only 2000, not XP).

Hope this helps, altho it doesn't really identify a cause or cure.

Mike, n2mho in SNJ
