[aprssig] NOSaprs 2.0b - JNOS 2.0e platform (linux version) available

Greetings all,

The latest version of NOSaprs is version 2.0b and is now available
on the just released JNOS 2.0e for linux only. OSX and DOS versions
will come at a later date.

The slightly dated website for the NOSaprs portion (which I really

Don't forget, JNOS 2.0 can function as an APRS igate, and the APRS
digipeating code has been rewritten to match the latest new-N paradigm.
Also, it now does call substitution for WIDE1-1 and RELAY digi calls.
