[aprssig] WX and Wind and mountain tops...

A friend of mine works with a developer who bought
some of these properties.  They are removing the old
feed horns and projector antennas off the towers to
mount new systems on and lease the space to new
businesses.  They are in Kansas and Oklahoma.
