[aprssig] Weather Station challenge

I have a weather station sensor in the back yard.

It sent me 11.1 Degrees and 70 % humiidty - i know this cause i reset my
base unit and made it update.

What I need to do now is work out the code.

Looks like PWM ?

The values occur over and over again, but I have snipped just one. reading.

Any cyper gurus ?
