Is it the above "DISABL" or some other DISABL? hi Probably not. It looks 
like you are near Chicago. The one shown on Gerhard's site hasn't been heard 
for over 3 days. Time for some DFing? Who else around you can hear it? Try 
contacting someone north, south and west of you... and possibly someone 
across the pond as well.
