I'm not sure if you meant this as a general comment or specific to  
this event. The telpac nodes are sending posits, as evidenced by the  
telpac page on findU mentioned earlier. This DISABL appears to just  
be some misconfigured feature of their tnc. The legal IDs and posits  
occur under their real callsigns.
