Looks like it, as MISION is Mission Ridge, near Wenatchee (east side of the mountains), VNCMNO is over here on the west side on Camano Island, and KD7NM (the igate used) is south of Everett. I suspect the HFGATE station was over on the east side somewhere. -- Curt, WE7U.
