Such a function is not part of the design of the D7A. Typically a person can view a station's position via the Internet through various clients and web services connected to the APRS-IS. I guess that if you have a specific need to email a position report, then you could write a program that monitors the APRS-IS and sends a report via email at whatever interval you desire.
