[aprssig] APRS enabled Tide/Flood gauges and monitors

I recall seeing something about an ultrasonic tide/flood gauge that's a 
commercial offshoot product and incorporates APRS capability.  I can't 
find the reference.

If anyone's got a reference and could ship it to me off-line, I'd really 
appreciate it.
