[aprssig] Filter feeds

Is it just me or is something wrong with the filter ports? I am getting 
almost a full feed from the internet with this filter..

I was using lower case for the callsigns, figured that was my problem, 
and changed them to uppercase.. Still getting position reports from all 
over the world, :-(
