No.  In UI-View32, "Setup,APRS Server Setup,Gate local messages" should be
checked.

  One thing that is lacking in our area is a method of being able to message
a mobile from the internet.

  I understand how to run the aprs server bit etc. and have had the igate
running before.

  What I need to know is how to tell ui-view to gate messages to rf ?

  Do I go into "Edit IGATE.INI" and then put for "Inet to RF"

  VK* = RECIP
  VK* = DEST
