[aprssig] Sats and ISS

As of today, I believe that the ISS is operating SIMPLEX on 145.8. Check out the ISS Fanclub at http://www.issfanclub.com/ for the latest. When it was overhead yesterday and this morning, there was a wonderful signal in Guam.
