I run UI-View32 under Win98SE on a Pentium75 laptop. I use a 
KISS TNC and  fixed maps and  it works fine. I had to add a 
second serial port via a pcmcia card for the Garmin GPS18PC GPS. 
I'm testing a P166 machine now and it will run AGWPE as a 
soundcard TNC.
