I noticed a few broken links and missing graphics earlier.
Starting at http://www.ew.usna.edu/~bruninga I end up at

and clicking on the APRS link, I go to
http://cadigweb.ew.usna.edu/~bruninga/aprs.html
About half way down the page, there is a site map link to
http://cadigweb.ew.usna.edu/~bruninga/aprs.html
On that page in the middle of the APRS Network list, there
is a link to "Fixing LA network" that goes to
http://cadigweb.ew.usna.edu/~bruninga/aprs/fixingLA.html
That page has some missing graphics and broken links.
